How To Made Seared Tuna Salad with Mango Vinaigrette Recipe - Seared Tuna Salad is a recipe cooked on the intermediate Healthy Eating Station. It requires two Romaine Lettuce, one Salt, and one Tuna, and takes 5 minutes to cook.

Pickles, hard-boiled egg, celery, relish, and onion are ingredients that are often added. When the spread is placed on bread, it makes a tuna salad sandwich. Tuna salad is also regularly served on top of lettuce, tomato, avocado, or crackers, or by itself.
How To Made Seared Tuna Salad with Mango Vinaigrette Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb yellow fin or ahi tuna
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeds scooped out and sliced ¼ inch thick
- 2 cups snow peas, ends removed and cut in half
- 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
- ½ cup chopped scallion
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
- Season tuna with salt and pepper. Pan sear and set aside before slicing.
- Assemble lettuce, spinach and sliced tomatoes, plate the tuna and drizzle with mango vinaigrette.
